Pests we treat

Ants
Indiana homes often have ants nesting under the foundation and coming in through cracks. They get into food and they keep coming back until the colony is treated.

Carpenter ants
Large black ants that tunnel through damp or damaged wood. Sawdust piles near baseboards or window frames are the giveaway. If you see them, we'll also check for termites.

Mice and rats
Rodents chew wiring, contaminate food and bring in fleas and mites. We find the entry points as well as treating the ones already inside.

Roaches
They ride in on grocery bags and boxes and hide in walls and cabinets. Seeing one in daylight usually means a larger infestation.

Spiders
Most are harmless, but black widows and brown recluses are venomous. We treat where they hide and the insects they feed on.

Bees and wasps
Yellow jackets defend their nests hard. Nests in walls or eaves are a job for a professional, especially if anyone in the house is allergic.

Fleas
Flea larvae hide in floor cracks, rugs and furniture. Treat your pet and your home at the same time or they come right back.
Signs to look for around the house
Most pests leave something behind before you ever see them.
Ant trails
Lines of ants along baseboards, counters or the edge of the floor. Follow the line to find where they get in.
Mouse droppings
Dark, rice-sized pellets in cabinets, drawers and along walls. Also look for chewed packaging.
Sawdust near wood
Small piles of coarse sawdust (frass) below windows, trim or beams usually mean carpenter ants.
Paper nests
Gray, papery nests under eaves, decks and soffits. Don't knock them down yourself.
Webs in corners
Heavy webbing in basement windows, corners and garages means spiders are finding plenty to eat.
Pets scratching more
Constant scratching or biting at their fur often means fleas. Treat the pet and the house together.
Questions about general pest control
Is pest treatment safe for kids and pets?
We use EPA-registered products and apply them according to the label. Your technician will tell you how long to keep kids and pets off treated areas for your specific treatment.
How long does a treatment take?
It depends on the size of the building and the problem. We'll give you a time window when you book.
Do you treat businesses?
Yes. We treat offices, churches, schools, nursing homes and other commercial buildings. Request an estimate and tell us about the building.
